The Brilliance is composed of David Gungor and John Arndt. God is brilliant, not them. "The Brilliance was started to have a really different sound for worship music," says Gungor, "I was tired of playing the same sounding music every Sunday. And so, I was inspired by my wife and my brother-in-law who are classical musicians." Very simply, the Brilliance is simple music with complex instruments.
