a good sailor knows which way the wind blows

the Word is heard the earth is shaking
troubles stirred and the waves are breaking
over every nation
but we never wait sons and daughters
Jesus walked upon the water with faith as a vocation
so we know just where we're heading
the maps and compass point to heaven
no time for indecision
the waters deep and the wind it wails
batton down the hatches and set the sails
we've got the right provision

in the meantime we'll be fishers of men
