the matching color of blood and sunset...
Time for surgery the wound to heal,
but it's hard when the doctor's the patient...

I kicked the demon out
only to have it back inside,

Another sound, another sea change, another memo left unsent...
The quality of life is slightly heavier in the scales of judgment...
Happiness is elusive unless you buy it and nail its skin to the picket fence...
It doesn't make sense...
